A feast of entertainment is planned for Darley Seymour Cup weekend. It starts with Tastes of the Goulburn on Sat 17th October & then the $120,000 Darley Seymour Cup on Sun 18th October.

As one of the premier country cups in Victoria, the $120,000 Darley Seymour Cup attracts many of the states leading trainers & jockeys & you may just get to see a new champion in the making.

The day will have all the action on the big screen, free entertainment & activities for the kids, including a jumping castle, pony rides, face painting, animal nursery, fashions on the field, live music & much more.

The Victorian Country Thoroughbred Festival is on Sunday 23rd August.
A fabulous event for all in the Thoroughbred Industry on a marquee race day for the Seymour Racing Club with the running of the Chatswood Vase Inglis Bonus Series 3YO race over 1300m.

The Victorian Country Thoroughbred Festival is an event which brings together all those associated with this exciting and economically strong industry. The event incorporates all aspects of the thoroughbred industry including racing, breeding, training, transport, hospitality, trading, veterinary, education and employment.
The Festival will provide a platform to highlight this region as the hub of the thoroughbred industry in Victoria.
