In 2007, the inaugural year of the CRT Victorian Country Thoroughbred Festival saw participation by 2000 Thoroughbred enthusiasts.

This year (2008), the CRT Victorian Country Thoroughbred Festival promises to build on the succesful first year, with more exhibitors (60+), more activities (including a 3rd day), and even more competitive Country racing (including a $50,000 feature 3yo race plus Super VOBIS).

This festival which is held in the heart of Victoria's thoroughbred homeland - the North East, will showcase the regions unique Thoroughbred and Tourism product. With a fantastic program of activities and entertainment, it is sure to be a great event for the whole family.
